For Professionals, Newcomers, and Everyone in Between

Our golf courses at Fields Ranch are centered around our two, 18-hole championship golf courses, Fields Ranch East and Fields Ranch West. Designed by acclaimed golf course architects Gil Hanse and Beau Welling. Our two flagship 18-hole golf courses offer strategic challenges to players of all levels. Fields Ranch will host twenty-six tournaments within the first 12 years of opening, including the PGA Championship in 2027, which will be the first major championship in Texas in over 50 years.

Additional golf offerings include Monument Realty PGA District, home to The Swing (a 10-hole par-3 course), The Dance Floor (a 2-acre putting experience), and a State-of-the-Art PGA Coaching Center. This Monument Realty PGA District will also offer dining, shopping, and outdoor entertainment ideal for live performances and special events.

  • Fields Ranch East
    • Designed by Gil Hanse

Fields Ranch East draws its style and cues from the surrounding north Texas landscape, providing a compelling strategic challenge for all golfers. These organic advantages include rolling topography, dry washes, and the meandering Panther Creek.

Smallish greens with gentle rolls, strong slopes, and false edges place a premium on accurate approach shots. The bunkers are naturally rough-hewn and blend in with the surrounding prairie grasses. The fairways use the same grass as the rough, allowing the corridors to be widened or narrowed based on required conditions for championship golf or day-to-day play. Finally, the ribbon tees can be dynamic, providing multiple options and variety for daily course setup. Outside the ropes, there is enough room for spectators typical of championship golf.

In essence, Fields Ranch East provides strategic variety while incorporating the natural beauty of the property. The result is a championship-level golf course that will challenge and thrill golfers for years to come.

  • Fields Ranch West
    • Designed by Beau Welling

Set among North Texas’ rolling hills, Fields Ranch West is a challenging yet enjoyable course. Nestled along Panther Creek, the course features over 75 feet of elevation change. Its Blackland prairie setting is highlighted by native grasses, live oaks, and mesquite trees, making it a true oasis amid the neighboring urban landscape.

Fields Ranch West was created to be enjoyed but also to test as a golfer. This course encourages shot-making and creativity from tee to green.

  • The Swing
    • Co-designed by Beau Welling and Gil Hanse, The Swing is a 10-hole, par-3 golf course ideal for all skill levels. It is a less-formal setting, featuring music and lights for night play, giving the course an “urban golf park” vibe focused on fun. Golf clubs and balls are available for all visitors to rent at The Swing.

Fields Ranch East

Hole 1

Par 5 | 518 - 632 Yards
We love to start a golf course off with a par 5 when the land allows. A par-5 opening hole gives players of all skill levels the opportunity for a positive start. Playing primarily into the wind, it is a three-shot hole for everyone except the longest, most accurate hitters. The tee shot over Panther Creek should flirt with the fairway bunkers on the right for the preferred line. Second shots must contend with a cross-hazard valley and bunkers to the right, but playing down that native side opens the best angle into the green. Meanwhile, another crossing feature short of the green challenges long hitters. The small, elevated green has deep bunkers on the left and a tightly mown slope feeding off the right side. Going for it in two is daunting but much more manageable with a short third shot.

"The highly strategic nature of Fields Ranch West encourages shotmaking and creativity from tee to green."
- Beau Welling

Fields Ranch West

Hole 1

Par 5 | 342 - 620 Yards
The first of five par 5s sets the tone for a fun, option-laden experience on Fields Ranch West. Despite the first landing area being heavily bunkered on both sides, there is ample width in the fairway so players can get off to a good start. The ideal location for the second shot depends on where you’re hitting from. If the hole is on the left, laying up short of the left bunker in the second landing area yields a better angle to the flag, while those trying to reach the green in two will be rewarded with an assisting bounce toward the green. The left-to-right green is trisected into distinct zones, with the more receptive middle zone guarded by a centerline greenside bunker. The right section is significantly elevated, so when the hole is cut in the middle or on the right, players will want to lay up to their “ideal number” to have the best chance of getting in close with their approach.
